Crampous Mad
The bright dining room of Crêperie Crampous Mad, with wooden floor and chairs

Our produce

Since taking over the crêperie, Françoise and David have worked with local produce from sustainable farming as much as they can. What comes from Brittany is carefully chosen for its taste and origin.

And every galette, every crêpe is cooked one by one, to order.

Buckwheat

Our galettes are 100% buckwheat, the flour of Breton galettes. As buckwheat is not a cereal, they are naturally gluten-free. All about buckwheat

Two Alsatian farms, close to Mulhouse, supply most of our vegetables and eggs.

Vegetables · Zimmersheim

The Fischer farm

Most of our vegetables are grown by the Fischer farm in Zimmersheim, on the edge of Mulhouse. All year round, the farm offers us its seasonal vegetables, sold directly.

The Prim'Vert farm

Our eggs are 100% Alsatian: they come from the Prim'Vert farm in Michelbach-le-Haut. Their freshness shows in La Complète and all our galettes with a fried egg.
